I would prefer a 325i, but otherwise yours does tick alot of boxes, can you give some more general info?

This one is interesting, auto but sport with red interior and only 119k miles. Cant why its still available after 21 days, issues perhaps. Just swap that interior in to your black or white wagon and sell it for $4k.

Probably because it was wrecked in the front end and poorly repaired. At least it looks like that in the pics... fender colors don't match the doors, those hideous one piece headlights, bulb out indicator in the BC, -40* showing on the outside temp and both of the frt lower wheel well splash shields missing. Also no fog lights, but only one bulb out message?

I do like the red though, would be nice in an Alpine, Titan or Black car!

I'm in the market for a touring. Dream car would be a 2001+ Alpine on black, stick, slicktop with heated seats. Prefer gray or black interior, would buy a beige interior car if everything else ticks the correct boxes, and will consider anything except a gray green metallic on beige car.

Also not afraid of a mechanics special, mechanical defect is ok if close enough to texas. No major body repairs though.

Will travel anywhere for the right car and would trade wagon plus cash for my E46 M3.

If anyone sees something along these lines I'd appreciate a mention.

Thanks, George

Posted my Touring on local CL last night and less than 24 hours later it is sold to a nice gentleman just a couple of miles down the road from me. His son has a good looking silver 01 330ci and I'm pretty sure he is even a member here.

So, there are still people who appreciate even an automatic 323i. Not everybody has to have a manual, I guess. ;) At least as long as it is in proper condition and has the history like mine had. I didn't have any reservations buying it and looks like neither had this gentleman.

I wasn't really prepared to let it go this fast, but oh well... The hardest part will be the fact that I will most likely see it every now and then around town. :(

Let's see what happens next...
Congrats on the sale, I saw it last night, nice car.

^^^ Same here but the "burning a quart of oil every 1500 miles" kind of scared me off. Other then that, just a few little issues but nothing a weekend in a garage couldn't fix^^^
I think you will find that's not entirely uncommon for this kind of mileage M54.

My problem was she "didn't have time" to take the car and have PPI done and then an accident showed up on the Carfax. Could have been nothing, but I couldn't take that chance.

Yes, allegedly didn't have time and said price was firm then immediately knocked $500 off the price without me even asking.

Could be a good deal, just needs a good inspection.

3.0l are bad about oil consumption, 2.5l are not as common but I've seen it plenty of times before. My wife's old 330 would do a at every 750-1k miles.
