Buying my first BMW

Hello everyone,

I know very little about cars but I would like to learn a bit but also have a nice car to drive. I just moved to Jacksonville, Florida and am looking to buy my first car. I have looked through multiple forums and shopped on multiple sites. It would be great to get a little advice on which one I should buy for my daily driver. I have found the following in my area:

Keep waiting. The first one is trashed. One of the center vents is missing. The second one is no longer on CL. The third one is a 20 year old car that's been "blacked out". Find one that is a one-owner, and has no modifications. If the seller can provide service records, it's a good candidate.

Ask for an inspection report if you do consider buying one. It costs around 100 bucks and dealers tend to take care of it. Make sure its done by a third party.
