Re torque not needed, as long as the wheel is fully flush to the hub when you begin torquing. The only issue could be if you drop the car down with the wheel face not fully on the hub, then you will hit torque but the wheels wont be tight. 88 is fine. If you want to be safe though and prevent headaches later, clean the hub lips with a wire wheel and spread antiseize. Ive seen many cars that cant get the spacers off after a lease period because they are seized on.
