So about two months ago I got a low oil level warning light. Around that time my car was eating about 1L per 8-9000km. I wasn't too scared because it's a 22 year old car with its original gaskets and I haven't noticed any signs of oil leak inside the engine bay. As I'm writing this, the oil consumption got worse. I have to refill 1L for every 2000-3000km and started to see where the oil goes. It's all up inside the intake. What causes this type of oil leak/ oil consumption? (btw my egr and cooler is completly deleted)

[EDIT] found in title you have a M47 diesel.
quite common issue, don't know how much oil you got. engine crankcase suck into the intake with a little oil amount. This pass a separator but not 100% of oil is "trapped".

In my old 320d '01 there was a little thin veil of oil, but the engine was quite new (sold in 2007) so I don't know if a 20+ engine may be worse.
