Lean Codes and Misfire Codes

Started my car today and it almost loped. It was way louder than usual and shaking like crazy. After a few seconds of it running, I saw it had an SES light. The codes are as follows:

  • P1083 (Fuel Control Limit Mixture too Lean; Bank 1 Sensor 1)
  • P1085 (Fuel Control Limit Mixture too Lean; Bank 2 Sensor 1)
  • P0171 (System Too Lean; Bank 1)
  • P0174 (System Too Lean; Bank 2)
  • P1352 (Misfire during Start Cylinder 6)
  • P1345 (Misfire Cylinder 2 with Fuel Cut-Off)

I've done some research and came up with a few ideas, but wanted to get a second opinion. I'm thinking fuel pump, O2 sensors (no code, though), CCV system. Thoughts? I'll be checking the fuel pump and CCV system when I get home. Thanks

Funny you should mention that. I tried turning the car on and I had to pump the gas JUST to start it. I can hear the pump whirring. I did a pressure test. It jumps right up around 50 and, after checking it 15 minutes later, found that it held pressure. Stumbles, misfires, and won't shift past 3rd gear. I can only assume that's a failsafe (?)

With a stationary car, hot engine at idle, check your 4 fuel trims. Short term and long term for each bank. If any are greater than 8% then you likely have a vacuum leak. Rev the car to 3,000 rpm for 30 seconds. If the short term fuel trims reduce significantly, might even go negative, then its confirmed that you have vacuum leaks to find. If they don't reduce, then it's something else.
