Yup, it’s a pretty simple process. Get tuner pro, a free tuning software. Download a free flash tool. You can find a list of flash programs on the MS4x wiki. The wiki also explains how to flash the car and tune the bin you clone off the dme onto your laptop. I’d just read through that website. It will tell you pretty much evenrthing you need to know to accomplish this task.

I have catless headers and deleted the SAP on my 1999 328i. Are there any free methods out today that I can use to tune them out?

I have the INPA cable and the BMW scanner cable with a windows 10 laptop that I can use.
