I-Bus Resler Coming/Leaving Home Lights issue

So I installed an Avant 4 radio with the I-Bus Resler module and was messing around inside the I-Bus BMW program and wanted to test out the light show feature.

I set it to turn on the left turn signal then left low beam and then repeat that on the right side. I didn't save it, I just had it do a "demo" of it.

Now whenever I lock my car after driving the front right xenon high beam flap flips open (I can hear it). The xenon light does not come on during this, it just activates the high beam flapper.

Any idea how to get it back to normal? The documentation I found for it does not provide any helpful info.

I seemed to have found the resolution from this video

Somehow the resler module saved my "demo" and applied it. I followed what he did in the video and then made a new "light show" file without the low/high beams and saved it to CH/LH.

The resler module seems pretty in depth its just unfortunate all the documentation is in German and the wiki does not explain all the features and functions. Google translate and youtube captions can get you 60% of the way and then your left just trying things.

Maybe this will help someone else in the future.

dude

password is 126 and is clearly reported into their answer ( i could also say to you that this has already been discussed millions of times in here, so a simple SEARCH was the key to success)

then you must consider that Ibus app must have priority on boot, from the menu (Ibus app ones) you can define which app (and with which delay) can be automatically started after Ibus app boot up completely, in mine first is Autokit (for Carplay) and then Spotify (this is now useless as i prefer to use Carplay's spotify, so i'm using my iphone app instead of Avin's),

last thing, try to keep the cache free as much as possible, this means that you have to close some apps when they're unused: press the 2nd row (top left) button, the one with 2 windows, and close the ones in surplus, the sys will be more responsive and fast into operations.
Going into the main setting using password 126 has nothing to do with the issue I was having.

I did search and no one has discussed this issue were the light coding magically saved it self and started randomly activating the bi-xenon high beam flap. If you read my prior post, that is why I posted the youtube link and findings. How do you think I found the youtube video, searching. Neither the forum or I-Bus have that process documented anywhere unless you email them for help.

You should read before you attempt to call me out.

NONONO
don't even try to..
i'm not talking about light issue (1), that you solved.

i was talking about issue 2 , " radio always turning on when turning the car on": Avin gave you the correct procedure to disable it on startup, but you weren't able to enter the factrory settings menu as you tried 0000 as password, (which is known to be 126 also on other android devices),
the funny thing is that is you told me to read carefully, when the 126 was just at the end of their answer. (min. 7:50 on your video).
Okay this is going over your head.

My issue was not verbatim what the person in the video was experiencing. His video just happened to resolve my issue. It was resolved by resetting the vehicle type to another model then back to E46 in I-Bus app. It is an undocumented bug within the I-Bus app. The additional issues the person had in the video is not relevant to the issue I had.

I guess thanks for trying to help regardless.
