i tired but had no luck can you help please.

 

basically.. take your car out and drive it really hard (trying to make the muffler really really hot). then shoot water in the tailpipe.. idea is to cool down the muffler after the metal has expanded.

Tried it on my brother's M3 before he sold the car to me. Simply by removing the resonators will make the car sound very loud and very CRAPPY. Would not recommend this.

Buy a nice reputable aftermarket exhaust or nothing.

 

take off your mid pipe and muffler... itll be real loud then.

 

If you really want the stock exhaust louder... just get headers with no cats in them...

I had stock exhaust with headers and no cats and it was basically the stock exhaust x10.

If you want louder exhaust with less rasp then it sounds like you need to look into a new exhaust. What you can do is look into the Rasp-X from UUC I believe.

Or you can take the section one pipes and install two AR25 resonators instead of the one resonator on only one pipe. that will get rid of a lot of the rasp.

Dont know if it will get louder though, probably stay around the same sound level.

 

Just make a big hole in the muffler

Perhaps it is better to get a new exhaust, but I like the orginal design, dont like the Borla, Eisenmann Dinan ext, the end pipers diameter is simply too large.. Sure a matter of taste...
Anyone know of system that looks like the original..?
