One liter will be sufficient, however I always buy two liters just in case I have to do more bleeding than normal-and to be on the safe side.

 

Once you open a liter can it be closed and put on the shelf until next time?

 

technically u can but brake fluid is hygroscopic so it will absorb all the water in the air as soon as u open it, just don't leave it open for too long and u should b safe
