I did my upper and lower intake boots along with vacunm hoses leading off the upper boot . Also replaced valve cover gasket and fuel filter . My car is still sluggish when accelerating and throwing codes p1349, 1351 and 1353 help what could it be ? Runs ok for a little bit after I delete them . Slight bucking .. Vanos seal had been done btw Could it be disa or throttle body ?

A VDO fuel pump is About $150 and easy to change, consider a fuel filter at the same time, mine was about $60+. Pull the disa out and inspect it, the flapper broke off the bell crank on mine and threw codes before it started misfiring. I got lucky and only lost a little of the plastic, the pin was still there but it had backed out just a little. Even if it's not causing your issues I'd inspect yours and consider the German American Solutions rebuild kit. $78 is worth the piece of mind about losing that pin into the intake manifold.

Here are the codes from my peake reader
E3 O2 sensor adaption cyl 1-3
E4 O2 sensor adaption cyl 4-6
EE misfire cyl 1
EF misfire cyl 2
FO misfire cyl 3
F1 misfire cyl 4
F2 misfire cyl 5
I used my cheap OBDII reader and got lean codes and some O2 sensor codes too but didn't write them down.

Was the misfiring happening before the valve cover gasket? If not, did you hook up the ignition coil grounds properly? There are two.

If I looked up the codes correctly, then you have 4, 5, 6 misfiring which is a whole bank. Strange that the other bank (1, 2, 3) wouldn't misfire as well if it were something like fuel delivery or a vacuum leak. You have no lean codes??

A DISA shouldn't cause symptoms this bad. Usually they just leak a cause a lean code.
