Difference between M3 style and M-Tech?

I am trying to figure if there is a difference between the so-called M-Tech bumper and the "M3-style" bumper (for a 3330Ci.). Please note that I am not talking about fitting an M3 bumper onto a 330Ci; it is just that some of the aftermarket bumpers for that car use the term "M3-style."

I see both terms being used but cannot figure out from the pictures what the differences are.

I am looking for whichever one is "shallower" -- meaning not as close to the ground in front.

Any help is appreciated.

Hack-free

Actually, i did not hack my join date. I never even noticed it was 1970. Must have been a glitch on the site when I joined.

Anyway, I did plenty of Google searches and checked every relevant sponsor site. There is some ambiguity -- some pictures are not clear. eBay is even worse, as you might imagine.

It just seemed like the one on my car (that I just trashed) was deeper than the ZHP/M-Tech II I see in the pictures. Who knows -- maybe there was an MTech I at some point.
