I have Bosch 4417's - been running perfectly since installing them 1000 miles ago.

 

Unfortunately local auto parts stores dont have bosh i don't know why

NGK is the brand to go with.

The NGK BKR6EQUP are laser platinum original equipment plugs $8 each. They are good for 75k miles give or take depending on if you burn oil and how you drive ect. NGK also has another option the Iridium IX plug BKR6EIX $6 each. Prices from my local Advanced Auto

I stick with the OE laser platinum.

$22 per plug? That's almost three times as much as they are sold for in the US. My local stealership sells them cheaper than that. Ouch..

Thats just at a local shop, lol not even going to walk into the dealership, they would be at least twice as much. Could of got them online however delivery to Australia takes way to long. When putting the plugs in I suggest using a torque wrench, research the lbs of force that is required.

I suggest buying them from FCPEuro, lifetime warranty/returns on all items sold on their website they even have kits with dielectric grease and ignition coils. Buy em once and never buy them again. And if you email the sales team they'll even price match online prices!

 

I like the bkr6egp, the store stock number is 7092. Every parts store carries them.

NGK platinum (BKR6EQUP 3199) vs NGK iridium (BKR6EIX 6418). how to objectively compare these to OE Bosch? i generally like this guy's videos, but i think we can do better than a vibration app test. can someone suggest another way using INPA, PASOFT, etc?
