I can't remember what I use. Either 17 or 27 degrees (compliment of what you are using). I can check tonight and let you know.

Hi guys,

I need to know the angle the rear seats make with the trunk floor.

From my calculations, using a carpenter square and some geometry, I am getting and average of about 64 degrees.

Can anyone confirm this number?

Can't seem to find it, but based on your measurements, 27 sounds about right.

That's a good assumption. The angle will slightly be different, depending what you measure against.

This is what I was going to say as well - 20 or 70 degrees depending on how you look at it. That is the way my box is built and it fits perfectly (323i sedan).
