I just changed the fuel filter, so I started the car to check for fuel leaks. I took a few minutes to use my scanner before heading under the car to check for leaks. Nice humid day so the AC was working hard. When I got under the car on the lift, I found a nice puddle of water dropping down from the rear of the tranny.
It was coming down from the top of the tranny, running down the outside of the hole just forward of the cross member. It was not engine coolant, so I assume that it is the AC condensate. Most cars that I have experience with, the condensate came from the firewall area between the engine and the right front wheel. Is this normal for 330Ci's? Something to investigate or do they all do that?
