Has anyone ever had a problem like this and these error messages?

 

The error code mentions something about battery voltage.
Hook up a charger to the battery and see if that helps.

 

”Battery voltage too low or not present”

 

I have updated the old GS8600 with WinKFP.
WinKFP works, but not on the GS8604.
With MsFlasher it says this.

 

Needs GS8.60.4 external voltage?
