Any one with a ZHP know if this looks similar to your shift knob. I understand the top plate is different but I guess that can be changed out. Or better yet anyone have the exact part number for the ZHP shift knob. TIA

Yeah its similar. Just the stitching is a little different. Here's mine.



The bigger version is like desktop size sorry....

Keep in mind if you put a ZHP plate or a whole shift knob in your car its gonna show 6 gears when you have 5...... and Reverse willbe in a different spot.

Your right about the ZHP plate being different, I was thinking of getting this plate I seen on ebay:

this one:



Ohh well I'll need to make some calls tomorrow.

The stitching is the same and reverse is in the same spot. The only difference is the SHift pattern insert. If you get that pattern off of ebay I say go for it!

The M 5speed shift emblem comes from a M5 and can be purchased at any BMW parts dept

part # 25-11-1-221-613 $13.50canadian

Black Leather ZHp M shift knob

part # 25-11-7-896-886 $142.00canadian

shorter than stock, and much heavier, its great!
