My car needs new suspension as it has the factory stuff at 130k. I was going to go ahead and order the shocks and control arm kit for $500, but it says it wont fit anything older then '01. The only thing I can imagine that I will have to change is my control arm bushings (to fit the zhp arms). My car already has sport suspension so the shocks be a direct fit, Right?

Thanks

Well I ordered the kit, I will post up if I have any issues. I have my fingers crossed for a pain free install.

I just put the kit on my 99 323i... you're right about the fcabs, other than that you'll be fine. My car didn't have sport suspension so I got h&r springs from Turner... a little too low, so now i need camber plates to get the alignment correct... but you should have no problem as you have OE springs.

Look at your rear shock mounts as they likely need replacing... I opted for an aftermarket upgraded one. Also check your sway links, tie rods, front shock mounts, rear shock boots, etc. before you get the kit as it's much easier to replace all the parts while you've got it pulled apart.
