Back in May, I was able to get a lease payment of $490/mo (before taxes) for 36 month term & 12K miles per year with $4K down. Their first offer was low $500's (before taxes) per month with 10K miles per year. The only options that I didn't get were the park distance control and navigation system. The sticker price ended up being just over $43K or roughly $5K less than a base M3.
Of course I didn't bother to do a trade-in since that's were they make most of their money.
