So up until now I've owned two BMWs - '97 323i and '99 523i. This is my first 3 liter BMW as well as first BMW wagon. This is how she looked like when I got her this November:
She's a 330i with a 6 speed manual transmission, M sports package and a lot of other goodies. This car is one of Edition 33 vehicles which BMW released in limited quantity in honor of 33 years of BMW touring cars. From what I know they only came in a few limited colors (Estoril being one of them) and feature colour-matched stitching throughout the interior as well as Edition 33 written on the door sills.
I suppose this is what you would call ZHP in the United States even though as I understand ZHP's rev limiter is set a bit higher than on normal 330i cars.
Not too long after getting her I found a Style 68 wheel set for winter.
And also wanted to do some underbody protection. Removing all the trim pieces revealed that she was in quite a good condition.
No idea why this thread was moderated/hidden, but I just approved it. Because, well, this is one of the best looking tourings on the planet, and your work is exceptional.
That's a lovely car, and it has the same front and rear fasciae and wheels as what we in the US got on the ZHP package. And the Estoril is just gorgeous.
Thank you, I'm glad you guys like the car! I shot a few more pics of the touring recently so enjoy
Turns out it also came with somewhat of a rare option - rear 12V sockets. Although I haven't been able to get them to open, seems that they are stuck. Will have to do some slight disassembly of the center console and hopefully get them to work.
- Getting OEM cupholders
- ZHP shift knob - current one has blue stitching but the metal on the bottom and the plastic on top are somewhat worn
- Getting rear 12V sockets to open / work
- Getting AUX to work - I want to keep the stock head unit but turns out, even though the car is a late model year, the current Alpine unit does not support AUX. So most likely I will have to swap it out with a different OEM unit that does support that. And the plan is to have it wired up to a bluetooth receiver same as on my other car so that the phone automatically pairs to it after starting the car.
- Roof cross bars and a roof box - just because I love the way tourings look with them
I can't wait for the winter season to be over to go back to Style 135 rims. Will have to get some new tyres for them as well.
The car also came with velour floor mats with colour-matched stitching around the edges so the interior will be a far nicer place to be in with them there instead of the current winter rubber mats.

So clean. Thanks for sharing pictures of the interior - I would love to have that cloth/alcantara combo.
I have only seen that 12V accessory outlet on the parts diagram, never an actual picture - kind of a cool way to get some extra power. Hopefully you can figure out how to get the lids open.
