None actually :sad: My car has been on jack stands for the past 6 weeks.

On a happy note my new rims are en route as of Monday. (Winter mods phase 2)

Sure it improves braking. There is more surface area for the pad to come in contact with but also the larger diameter gives you more braking "leverage" . Plus, depending on the type of caliper that was on the first kit, this one will most likely have more clamping power.
