Hi

I have a 318 e46 facelift and my front passenger window does not close when I use the window switch it only goes down but when i lock the car and hold the button in it does close. I am sure it has something to do with the switch ...any ideas?

Sounds like the GM4 or GM5 module. There are some relays in there that carbon up over time. Check this site out:
