Well none of these has a V6 and I think two of them have over 200HP. I would shoot for the M3 if it's not thrashed.

ok guys. its time for me to buy a car. (in about 4 months) . which one do u think i should go for???

1999-2000 328 i stick,
2002-2004 325i stick
or should i wait a year and save a lot more and go for a m5??

I'd shoot for the newest car you can get. 325 if need be. I'd actually save for the M5 if you realistically think you can save that much. HP doesn't mean when comparing BMWs to other cars since they can outrun cars with much more hp.
And yeah, if you're serious about owning a BMW, the first thing you must drill into your head is that BMWs are inline 6 engines, and proud of it. It's why my Mercedes E320's engine sounds like a garbage truck compared to my 325ci.

If you will have the cash for an m5 soon, why even consider any of these cars??
Of the ones you list, I'd say go for the 325
The e36 m3's are getting old (7 or 8 years by now at least) and they may prove to be a lot of headaches. I found it tough to find one in really good shape.

Also, of the cars you have listed, only the e36 M3 has over 200hp (240/250).

all of the cars he listed are I6 (straight cyclinder)
i would get the E36 M3.
MO is get the newest car possible. The e36 is too old and will have too many problems. The 328 is not going to be a very noticable difference in hp so go with the newest 325. Why not consider 325ci or 328ci since you have m3 in your list?
