so my turn signal was broken a week ago, and i decided to order a set of clears instead of oem orange, but now i cant find a chrome bulb at a reasonable price for the life of me!!! lowest price ive found is $30 on ebay!! what a rip! so i come to you, asking, DO YOU KNOW WHERE TO GET A CHROME TURN SINAL FOR AN E46? the oem bulb number is 7506, but its also a clear/white bulb.

i dont really wanna go with leds, b/c i would have to do some extra wiring to keep the dash warning lights from coming on.

feel free to email me at [email protected] thx
just incase i dont receive an email on new threads

Sponsors...or spray paint can.....make your choice.
...or get no-error LED ones from LEDautomotive.
Buy an amber bulb...
Buy a Silver Sharpie ...
Apply Silver Sharpie to amber bulb-- enjoy the cost savings.

I've been doing this for years. Eventually the marker starts to flake, but even if you replace the bulb 5 times, it's still cheaper than buying 'stealth' bulbs.

Philips Silvervision bulbs - these are the OEM bulbs used by both BMW and Volkswagen. VW carries them about $5/bulb cheaper than BMW. There's a slight hint of amber in really bright sunlight, but these are the only stealth bulbs I've come across that retain the brightness of the standard yellow bulbs. In fact, I think they're slightly brighter.

Part Numbers:
BMW - 63-21-7-160-897
VW - N 102 564 04

Note: They're the exact same bulbs; same markings and everything. So you may as well order the VW/Audi part to save a little money.

You can kinda see the slight yellow in those pictures. They're just very reflective silver in most lights.
