I got charged $125 for all 4 wheels, 2 rims had really bad scuff marks on the spokes, the other 2 werent so bad, my wheels are silver finish.
Yes they can fix oem wheels as well.
Since youre in Sac you might want to also try Wheel Techniques in San Jose which would be a bit closer although they do charge a lot more then most shops but I heard nothing but good things about their work.
