My dealership just plain sux, now they want me to wait till next week to see if they could MAYBE look at my car to see if they will cover the subframe damage that they caused with the weld they performed on my subframe. I have to wait till their tech advisor gets here from wherever he is. are there any other options i have or should i just wait and see what he says??? i remind you i've been waiting for an answer from them since thursday last week.

My best advise is wait and see what bmw can do for you...geez must sux especially if they fixed it and messed up again...keep bothering them to take care of it..hopefully they take a look and claim responsibility..but alwayz be pesimistic and get more info
on ur situation and contact bmw na.. I hope everything turns out K. good luck
