I have a set of breyton magic 18x8.5
i am planning to get some P7000 super sport for my rim
do u guys think 225/40/18 is better or 235/40/18 is better?
thx

Peter
To avoid the rim sticking out past the tire, you should go with 235x40's and I'm going to guess that you got the Breytons with the offset of 44... It's good that they discontinued the P7000's, they were very noisy tires, I had them.. Although I'm not a big fan of lowering cars, I would suggest you do so since you have the XI model. You don't want that 4x4 look that you will get with 18" wheels and high suspension.. BTW, I have a 2000 323i sport with 18x8.5 Breytons (et44) and 235x40 RE750's and the setup looks great with no rubbing issues... A good All Season tire and AWD should really get you through the snow...

yeah u are right, damn i should not have got these tires.
i just pay for it this morning, 225/40/18 for 500cdn.
they have 9.5/32 left and two of them is like brand new.
but then, as u say, they are not great tires.

how many km u think i can get from these tires?

$200, $250/most i'd pay for them.

These are not great tires, and they're used. New Pzero Nero M+S tires are around $500/set depending on size.
