The springs that will give you the ride height that you are looking for are going to be the H&R Sport Springs BMW E46 3 Series and M3. The H&R race springs are going to be way more aggressive than what you are looking for.

how much stiffer are races than sports?

I have front camber plates which add .25inches to ride height

andd i heard you can run spings pads to get the right height you want...

i want a stiff ride but not any lower than that picture above

You could also go this route for half the money, but I can't endorse these. Its hard to say if the spring rates would be correct for the E46. You should call them & ask, but I doubt they'd know.

Looks like stock sports springs to me quite frankly. M 323i was that high BEFORE I dropped it.

yeh its on stock sports but it doesnt sit that low its low cause the way i parked on the grass
