I found a great deal for a '67 Alfa Romeo Giulia Super that I really want as my first car. Although pricey, these cars will always go up in value.

All of my friends are telling me to get a bimmer or something more modern with the money I'm planning on spending on the Alfa.

What do you guys think I should do... I'm leaning pretty damn hard towards getting the Alfa since its a perfect example of a classic Italian car.

Please help me see the pros/cons of my decision that I don't see.

Money isn't really the problem here... ... I was planning on offering 18 for the Alfa. It's pretty damn low and kind of out of reach but my father should be able to convince the seller to settle for that price.

I say Honda.

Yeah, that would be alright and I'd be fine with that but I want a unique car.

Yeah I'm still leaning towards the Alfa, since it would be an investment. The cars shot up from 7-10 in '08 to 15-20 nowadays.
