Got into a minor collision in my 330ci and thankfully no one was hurt but as the title says I’m trying to figure out what items I should be looking at to potentially replace. From the jump I know I have to replace the front bumper, the hood, the radiator, and the radiator support.
The bumper and hood are most apparent and have already sourced parts for those.
The radiator I’m just making an educated guess because of the damage to the radiator support as well as random coolant in the engine bay. Radiator support is also another guess because when I installed the new hood there’s a bit of a gap in the area where the headlights are closest to the kidney grills. (Yes I’m sure it’s the right part, taken off a facelift coupe to put onto my facelift coupe) Also the hood pins don’t get locked into the radiator support anymore and no matter how hard I try to slam the hood it won’t lock.

Apart from inspecting other parts, are all radiator supports interchangeable between the models? My 330ci is an 06 model so can I take let’s say a radiator support from a 2001 325i?

Best way to check is to make sure part numbers match up on realOEM

Another thing to check on would be the AC condenser, it lives in front of the radiator so if the radiator is damaged then the condenser most likely is as well. Of course, that depends on how much you care about having your AC work

There are also a couple of plastic ducts that direct the airflow through the radiator and condenser, and if your car has an auto trans, the secondary electric fan on the front of the condenser.
