Looks like the Hamann Competition lip. I think it costs something like $900, but I'm not sure.

It looks really sick. The lip make the car looks like a R/C car.

mtech II = OEM bumper, mtech is not a company/brand

But anyways, it's the Hamann lip for the mtech front.
