There is condensation on the inside. I think it is due to a small crack. Can you guys tell me the exact name of this cover. Also how much it cost to replace? Im a worried about the dampness affecting my Xenons.

it's called headlamp cover ...

I think is called the headlight lens. I don't think they sell that separately. Looking at your picture you don't have a crack. Just check the clips around the housing of your headlight, maybe one is unlatch.

have you taken you (or someone else) recently taken your headlights apart? if you did then you probably pinned that little peg under the lense.

here you go. i've looked at it again and 1 of the clip is broken.

check the top of that cover neat the black clips that hold it on...mine has cracked a few times....it is a manufacturing error in the hight of the stops for the hood......dealer replaced mine for free

Have it replaced by the dealer, it is covers in your warranty.
