Suggest that when you post a question, you state year and model of your car. Imagine someone reading your post as above, it's really difficult to clearly understand what you're asking. Pictures usually help too.

Having said that, I'm guessing you're referring to the windshield washer fluid nozzles situated among the slots on the hood near the windshield? If so, let me know if you have heated nozzles? With my 05 330xi, the nozzles are heated and you remove them from under the hood.

 

My '03 touring with heated nozzles there's a tab to depress on the inside and then they push up and out the cowl vent.

 

May take channel locks to get the two tabs started
