I am having trouble starting the car in the mornings, especially now that it is quite cold out. I suspect the battery to be at fault.

I have a 2000 323i, less than 29K miles on the odo.

Does warranty cover battery replacements?

TIA, E46fanatics!

:)

Yes your battery has a 2 year warranty or somethin like that. The dealer will probably try and charge u over 200 bucks for a new plus install, but dont listen to them and watch them to make sure they install it correctly.

My dumba$$ dealer put my battery in backwards and burnt my terminals:banghead:

Yes, your battery is covered. Mine was just replaced. I had an issue with the car dying when it gets cold outside. Turned out to be "bad cell"
