Hey,

My 50k warranty is about to end so I took my car to the dealer to get it serviced.

I got both of my control arm bushing/arms replaced today. I also got my rear speakers replaced.

I am so happy=)

i've got a little left on my warranty too...i'm getting a weird vibration in the wheel (not brake rotors because it doesn't occur under braking, not an unbalanced wheel either since i just put on brand new winter wheels/tires and it's still there) that i think is control arm/bushing related...hope i get as lucky as you...

what dealer did you use?

Jeff,

I am in Texas right now.

Just go there and use your people skills. Be nice to the service rep. Don't be arrogant and cocky.

Just BS with him by saying that your mechanic think your control arm bushing need replacement because of vibration. Ask the service rep if he can take a look at it.

See how simple it was? You are asking him to take a look at it. By doing this, the guy will not get offended because he won't feel that you are "demanding" or "ordering" things from him.
