also, what happened to a bunch of stuff is coming out for the m3 just wait. dinan will release their stuff on april 14, i dun plan on waiting much longer after that

will they fit on the stock 18" M3 wheels. I see that the M3 in the picture has stock M3 wheels but are they the stock front 18" M3 wheels?

Yes those are the stock 18". The 19" do not have a lip (spokes go to the edge of the rim).

Those are stock front 18" wheels in front, stock 18" wheels in back.

The fronts do require a 5mm spacer, rears do not.
