Hey guys!,

im looking to do the interior wrap for my silver trim and replacing it with a darg gunmetal silver carbon fiber. my question is: for those who have a wrapping installed which is better, cloth or the vinyl? which one last longer and looks more real. i DONT want a glossy look to it.

go with 3m 1080 scotchprint antracite carbon fiber from metrorestyling dot com. its cheap, super easy to work with and has great results.
you'll need 1ft x 5ft

I have 3m Di-noc vinyl.... love it. I didnt want the glossy look either....

3M 1080 or di-noc I am willing to be 9 out of 10 members will tell you that as well. I used 1080, I dont have any pics on me right now though. Got mine from Metrorestyling.com, great website, it was quick delivery too.

wait - is that that vinyl? seems easier to clean and stuff due to it not being cloth. and can you give me a link and picture? of the 1080 . thanks

I used 3m 77 spray adhesive. Spray both the back side of the wrap and the part and ill stick like no other. I did mine a few months back and its still holding strong in the Chicago heat wave. about a week and a half of ~90 degree weather

Awesome! i just got a sample from them, from the site above, and its great! also, about what size would you guys reccomend for the interior trim of my bmw 325i? '04? how much did you guys use? Thanks !

one has more of a shiny wet look and the other one is more matte(flat finish).....depends what you like.
