Yeah, nice job! I did pretty much the same last winter as my starter failed. So goes the intake removal, changed all the vacuum lines, injector seals at the fuel rail, DISA valve. Most painful job was the starter. I already replaced the oil filter housing seal and VANOS oil line prior to this.

Confirmed - the connector for the throttle body was not full seated.

Trouble code P0222 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "B" Circuit Low

and

Trouble code P0123 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A" Circuit High

Both went away when the connector at the throttle body was fully seated.
I have experienced P0221 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "B" Circuit Range/Performance pending code 2 times since the repair was finalized.

Both times it went away w/ a re-start.
