I was driving along today and seemed as if I had a flat I pull over, get the tyre off and WTF..do I see... see pics below..



why did this happen, what causes this, and the sad thing is the other 3 tyres have cracks on the back side also ready to blow just like this one did, nothing is touching or scraping so HELP!!!!!!!!!I have 19's Nitto 555's, I have had them for 3 years the tread is GREAT.

Only thing I can guess is by living over here in the middle east maybe it was the 130 plus heat from the summer now that its cool I am reaping the punishment of the summer heat, any thoughts...

Thanks, yeah I talk to one of my Middle East (old E46 Connections) and was told it was a combo of things the HEAT of the middle east/Me going Fast/Low tyre pressure = the above pics
