Every time I turn my car on...the dash says that both my front turn signals are out...but then when I just turn the blinker on and off...the dash light goes off...so I turn my right signal on and the light turns off and the same for my left? What causing that to happen? I have led bulbs if that matters?

It could be the bulbs are nearing the end of their life...clean the socket, pull up on the bottom tab in the socket a little...get new BMW genuine OE bulbs ($1/ea...and better than others!)
Try that first.
