Since I have an open diff, does that mean when I drop the clutch and go in a straight line only on wheel will spins?

Or, does one wheel spin only when I floor it around a sharp corner (like from a 5 mph roll and then flooring it when making a right hand turn onto another street? Thanks.

An open diff will let both wheels spin at different speeds unhindered.

The wheel with the least traction will break free first and that means that usually, a drop clutch will only spin one wheel.

And flooring while turning will usually spin a wheel since you are giving the inside wheel less traction by removing downforce from it.
