I own a 330Cic with the standard, non-performance rims and tires. Lots of potholes on the commute, and I've blown 2 Continentals now and getting real tired of it. Any ideas on more "durable" tires, perhaps even a slightly different size or aspect ratio? Performance is not the primary consideration. Thanks!

16" AT Italia Type 5s (one of a very small number of 16" wheels that you can get around your calipers), and you might be able to get away with 205/60-16 tires without rubbing.

Performance will be terrible, but it significantly reduces the chances of destroying tires.

Another question: Are you running the tire pressures that are listed on the doorjamb? Try running 40-44PSI all around. I seem to recall that the specced pressures are absurdly low.
