I bought from them many times in the past, but nothing lately. They are a Cincinnati BMW dealer.

 

I have bought 2 keys from them in the past. Never a problem.

If you ordered a diamond key, keep in mind that no dealer has been able to get them from BMW. Have you tried calling them?

 

Contacted them not long ago for the correct bumper cover and cost and had no issues. Large BMW dealership.

 

Used them many times in the past, and even placed an order last month. I cancelled the order and they were quick to respond and issue a refund.

 

According to their site, they do not sell the diamond keys anymore. Maybe they are assessing their options?
Bummer. I was going to order a second key. I don't like only having one.

 

That's very strange. Ordered some keys from them late last year without issue.

From what I can tell, the diamond keys are NLA from BMW, full stop. There have been reports of dealers that can no longer issue diamond keys tricking in for a few months now.

 

Kinda surprised they aren't responding to you with all the positive feedback they usually receive.

Just to confirm, BMW's system is showing zero availability on keys, right now. None in the US, none in the main warehouse in Germany. Just confirmed with my parts department that they have been on backorder with no ETA for close to a year, now.

 

Lost my diamond key a few months ago and the BMWminipartsstore said they could no longer get the diamond keys from BMW. They were able to provide me with a valet key which will lock and open the doors and start my 2002 330ci
-better than nothing.
