I was perusing the Nokian website, when I learned that they have come out with a new winter tire: The Hakka 4.
I wanted to know if anyone has any info as to when they will be available in North America, because if they out-perform the Hakka 2's (i have them and find them to be the best winter tire) I'll have to get them on my car.
