Looks straight forward enough, but I wonder about how much oil is left in the valves etc?

We have a local place that does a "power flush" on auto transmissions, all he does. He says that you can't just drain the old fluid, you need to pump new stuff through ports on the box to get it all out. Of course he would say that, he sells the service, but I'm considering it for mine as it has 240,000kms and has likely never been done.
