Would changing the sway bars give a noticable handling difference?

depending on the company and settings they can be used to correct the understeer that your M3 has from the factory.

Are all sways pretty much the same?

I was looking at UUC or Dinan.

I cannot say that all sways are the same. I don't know about Dinan but UUC specifically builds their sways for neutral handling. Other companies have a tendency to simply increase the stock bar side to flatten the car in corner and not worry about the cars balance.

Check out both of their sites and make your own decision. My personal experience with UUC has been great.

H&R rules just got them on my 330i

my cars feels a lot more stable in comparison to before. also H&R require no lubrication.

I thought H&R only made coil-overs?

Do you have a link to any docs on them?

I was leaning towards UUC as a friend has them on his 330CI. He had some squeaking noise issue he had to fix but he really likes the handling change.

We section for legitimate write-ups on products people have tried. It is hard to find info on products at times.

i dont know much about the H&R coil overs but the sways are great. its the only handling mod i got on my car and it made a good difference.
