Hello guys,
I recently supercharged my 330ci, runing an centrifugal supercharger (by AC Schnitzer) at 0.4 bar @6800rpm.
I run stock fuel system (stock ~250cc injectors).
The car was tuned on the dyno and made 270whp at 5500rpm, then it was running lean and the tuner couldn't push it further.
So we ended up that I need bigger injectors, then I should be looking at ~290whp at the rev limit after a second tune.
So after a lot of research I found the Bosch Green Giants (0280155968) 42lb 440cc and the cheaper Bosch 0280155759 30lb 315cc that seem to fit. And here's my question that I could find answers:
- These injectors differ from the factory ones in shape since they dont have these extended nozzles, is that ok? Will they fit and work the same?
- Are there any better choise in injectors for my setup? Which of the two is better, will Bosch 0280155759 315cc 30lb be enough?
- Will the stock fuel pump be enough for these injectors and ~290whp at 0.4bar?
- Also should I put a check vavle to the vacuum line that goes to the FPR or not?
I've also done a few other mods:
- 264/252 Camshafts
- ported & polished cylinder heads
- high performance valve springs
- Supersprint replica Headers
- 2x 200cell cats
(rest of the exhaust is stock, I can't make too much noise around here)

I forgot my Vanos Solenoid unplugged (did the vanos seals that day) thats why the curve looks funny till mid rpm. :banghead:
