my car is getting the sub frame inspected to see if they are going to cover it or not, should i take my h & r springs off? and put stock on? its not from that but you never know what they try to pull...

Yes, put it back to stock suspension! 99% that they will back out and said your aftermarket suspension is the cause to it IF there is any sub-frame damage.
