I want to change to a square setup on my 330i. I have been trying to track down a pair of fronts (7.5" ET41) and be done. I have 68's on my E36 as well. Might just be easier to putt all the fronts on the E36 and the rears on the E46. Just so happens all need tires. Ideally 8 of the same, wheels/tires would be great, but 68's aren't that easy to find it seems.

Anyone run 68 rears (8.5" ET50) all around?

I run square 68-7.5s with no issues. Love being able to rotate the tires. Guessing I get an extra 10k miles out of them, but it's mostly highway.

Yes, fronts all around is expected not to be a problem.

Despite the posts saying rears all around works, whatever Michelin are on the rims rub the strut, just barely. They have a substantial rim protector.

I have 8.5 68s on all four corners but used 15mm spacers in the front to avoid rubbing on the strut.

I have a pair of 7.5s sitting in my garage not used if interested.
