Hello, I have a problem, I want to buy a reinforcement kit for front strut towers, my car is a 99 coupe e46 320ci, but my problem is that I found 2 part codes for the reinforcement kit one is 51717036781 and the other is 41114287198. And i don’t know which one to choose. Hope you guys can help me! On real OEM I found the 2 codes

You say your car is a '99. The screenshot of the part ending 781 says it for cars 01/01/2001 and later. So I'd go with the other one, assuming that says for pre-2001 (does it?).

Yes it is 99, I was asking because I never knew that 2 part numbers exist. And i never saw somebody mention that different part number exist for different years, i think i wil go with the 198 one.

You can choose either one. They will both fit your car. The newer part number (ending in 781) is just a revised version of the part.
any idea what they changed/revised about the plates?

And which one should I take? My parts guy was able to find both
the first one ended in 2001 and revised. it seems really strange your parts guy could find a bmw part that ended over 21 years ago in supply somewhere. BMW would automatically ship the newer version after old stock ended.

as posted the superceeded part should fit.
