My front struts are absolutely blown. I know the struts are OE Sachs sport and i have it in my cart but i don’t know where to find the OE springs??? FCP won’t show them and I have no clue what the OE springs for an E46 ZSP are. 2000 328i. My suspension is very bouncy and unsafe so looking to get it replaced as soon a possible and reinforce the mounts.

YES IT IS.
As many of you know we do a fair amount of classic BMW's in here. Many a 1st. gen M3,M5, M6. Springs are just FINE.
Starting on/about the E39 they saved money by using inferior powder coating on the springs. The rears are more susceptible, owing to location & placement.
The coating cracks, water/road salts/brine get in touch with the spring steel.
Mother nature takes over.
